Events move fast. The toast is over in ten seconds, the first step onto the floor happens once, the look across the room that you want to remember is gone before you can reach for your phone. We make sure those moments do not disappear. Whether you are organizing something big or celebrating something personal, we are there from the moment things start to when the last memory is made.

Every event package includes three hours on site and digital copies of your final images. Our basic package starts at $550 and includes social media optimized digital files. For something with more staying power, our premium packages start at $700 and add printed media and high-resolution files.

Community Events and Charity Work

We love a community gathering. Festivals, charity walks and runs, award ceremonies, and public events are exactly the kind of days we were built to document. There is real energy in a crowd full of people who all showed up for the same reason, and we know how to find it and capture it without interrupting it.

Every package includes three hours on site and full coverage of what happens in that window. If you are organizing an event and want photographers woven into the day from setup to send-off, we can build a plan that works for the whole timeline. We will be wherever the story is.

Private Occasions and Celebrations

Milestone birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, family reunions, retirement parties, and anything else worth gathering everyone for. Private event photography is about more than the big posed moments. It is the grandmother watching from the side of the room, the group of friends who have not been in the same place in years, the details someone spent weeks planning. We capture all of it.

We put together a plan before your event so we know your priorities, your must-have shots, and how the day is structured. That way you can be completely present and trust that we have it covered.

Our Approach to Photography

Before every event, we take the time to understand what matters most to you. Which moments are non-negotiable, who the important people are, what the day looks like from start to finish. We build a shot plan so nothing gets missed.

On the day, we work without getting in the way. We are there to document the event as it happens, not to redirect it. We move with the energy of the room and get the shots you will actually want to keep.

Every image you receive has been hand selected and hand edited by us, not batch processed or rushed out. No two events look the same and we do not edit them like they do. What you walk away with is a true, polished record of your day.

Conventions and Fan Events

We shoot conventions and fan community events, and we love every bit of it. From cosplay showcases to panel rooms to the hallway moments in between, there is a lot going on at any given hour and we know how to work a convention floor. We have covered Tucson Comic-Con and we are always looking for more events in this community to call our own.

If your group or organization has an event coming up and you want real coverage rather than phone photos, reach out.
