Hi, and thanks for stopping by. We're Chloe and Ted Robinson, the husband-and-wife team behind Two Perspectives Photography Tucson LLC, based in Tucson, Arizona. Just like our approach to photography, we want to be honest and straightforward with you here. No fine print designed to trip you up, no catch.
This page explains what information we collect when you visit our website or work with us, why we collect it, and what we do (and don't do) with it. If anything here is unclear, please just ask. We'd rather have a real conversation than hide behind legal language.
The short version
We only collect the information we need to answer your questions, book and deliver your sessions, fulfill your store orders, and keep our website running. We don't sell your personal information to anyone. The people we do share it with are the trusted services that help us run our business, and only to the extent they need it to do their job.

Information you share with us
When you reach out or work with us, you may give us information like:
Your name, email address, and phone number when you use our contact form, book a consultation, or email us directly.
Details about your session or event, such as the type of photography you want, dates, locations, and any notes you share to help us plan.
Billing and shipping information when you place an order in our store. (More on payments below.)
Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, form, or conversation.
You're always in control of what you share. If you'd rather keep something private, you're welcome to leave it out, though it may affect our ability to help with certain things.
Photos and session images
Photography is personal, and we treat your images that way.
Photos we take during your session are part of your gallery. We deliver final images through a secure online gallery, where you'll receive a link and password to download them.
We keep backups of session images so we can re-send them if something happens to your copies.
We may feature images in our portfolio, galleries, blog, and social media to show the kind of work we do. If you'd prefer we keep your photos private and out of our public spaces, just let us know, before or after your session, and we'll honor that. No explanation needed. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some basic technical information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, device and browser type, and which pages you view. This happens through our website host, Squarespace, and the analytics tools it provides. We use this to understand how people find and use our site so we can make it better. It isn't used to personally identify you.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device that help the website work properly and help us understand site traffic. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings if you prefer, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly. Payments
When you buy something from our store, your payment is handled by a secure third-party payment processor through Squarespace's commerce platform. We don't see or store your full credit or debit card number. The processor handles that securely on its own systems, under its own privacy and security policies.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your questions and stay in touch about your session or order.
Plan, schedule, and deliver your photography and any products you order.
Process payments and send the things you've purchased.
Keep our website running, secure, and improving over time.
Occasionally share updates if you've asked to hear from us. You can opt out anytime.
We won't use your information for anything you wouldn't reasonably expect from a photographer you've chosen to work with.
The services we work with
We're a small business, so we rely on a few trusted platforms to operate. These partners only receive the information they need to do their part, and they're bound by their own privacy commitments:
Squarespace, which hosts our website, contact forms, and online store.
Our payment processor, which securely handles store transactions.
Pixieset, which we use for consultation booking and delivering your photo galleries.
Email and social media platforms (such as Instagram and Facebook), if you choose to connect with us there.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, including delivering your galleries through password-protected links and relying on established, secure platforms to handle payments and data. That said, no method of storing or sending information online is ever completely foolproof, and we can't promise absolute security. We can promise that we treat your information with the same care we'd want for our own.
How long we keep it
We hold on to your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep proper business records, and we keep session images as part of our archive so we can help you down the road. If you'd like us to delete your personal information, reach out and we'll take care of what we're able to, while keeping anything we're required to retain for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You're always welcome to: Ask what information we have about you. Ask us to correct or update it. Ask us to delete it, within the limits described above. Opt out of any updates or marketing messages. Ask us to keep your photos out of our public galleries and social media. Just email us and we'll be glad to help.
Children's privacy
Our website and store are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children online. Of course, we love photographing kids and families, and when we do, we work directly with their parents or guardians, who decide what's shared.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other places, like our booking platform, our store's payment pages, or our social media. Once you leave our website, those sites have their own privacy policies, and we'd encourage you to read them. We're only responsible for our own.
Changes to this policy
As our business grows and the tools we use change, we may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. If we ever make a significant change, we'll do our best to make it noticeable rather than burying it.
