Image Usage Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Hi there. We're Chloe and Ted, and the photographs on this site are our heart and hard work. We pour ourselves into capturing honest, natural moments, and we're truly grateful when someone loves an image enough to want to share or use it. We want to say yes to that as often as we can, so we've laid out clearly how our images can and can't be used. Think of this less as a list of rules and more as us being upfront with you, so there are never any surprises.
The short version
We own all of our images. You're welcome to share them on social media as long as you credit us. Beyond that, please ask before using one, and please don't alter them. That's really all of it, and the rest of this page just explains each part.
We own our images
Every photograph on this website, in our galleries, on our merchandise, and across our social media is the property of Two Perspectives Photography Tucson LLC (that's us, Chloe and Ted Robinson). We hold the copyright to all of it, including the images from client sessions. This is true even after a session is delivered or a print is purchased, the photos remain ours.
This isn't about being possessive. It's how we protect our work and keep our small business going, and it lets us make sure our images are always represented the way we intended.
Please ask before using our images
No use of our images is allowed without our permission. If you'd like to use one of our photographs, for a website, a publication, a business, a print, or anything beyond personal enjoyment, just reach out to us first. We genuinely don't mind being asked, and we'll work something out with you. Images are available to license or purchase for both private and commercial use, and we're always happy to talk through what you have in mind.
The only thing we ask is that the conversation happens before the image is used, not after.
Please don't alter our images
We ask that our images not be edited, cropped, filtered, recolored, or changed in any way. This includes AI alterations or variations. The way an image looks is part of the work itself, and we've made deliberate choices in how each one is finished. Keeping them as they are protects both your experience of the image and our reputation as the photographers behind it. If you ever need a different size, crop, or version, just ask and we'll be glad to help.
Sharing on social media
We love seeing our work out in the world, so you're welcome to share our images on social media, with one simple request: please credit us as the photographer.
A tag or a mention of Two Perspectives Photography is all we ask. If you'd like to tag us directly:
Instagram: @twoperspectivesphotography
Facebook: Two Perspectives Photography
Crediting us isn't just a formality, it's how new people find us, and it means the world to a small business like ours. Please remember that sharing with credit still means the image stays as we created it, unaltered.
A note for our clients
If you've had a session with us, the photos we've delivered are yours to treasure, print for your home, and share with the people you love (with credit when you post them publicly). The copyright stays with us, but our joy is in seeing you enjoy your images. If you ever have a question about what you can do with your photos, just ask, we'd always rather you reach out than wonder.
Get in touch
If you're interested in using, licensing, or purchasing any of our images or stories, or you just have a question about any of this, we'd love to hear from you.
